As Substack changes, I’m bursting with things that I want us to focus on so that you can grow long term, create a Substack that matters, that people read, that people pay for, so we’re not just scrambling after subscribers; we’re actually creating a platform, a platform of your own and using Substack to do it.

• Plus, I’ll be sharing:

  • What I would do if I were to start a Substack right now.
