How to export your email list:
Go to your Substack dashboard.
Click on “Subscribers.”
Select “All subscribers.”
Click the three dots icon.
Click Export.
Select "All columns" (this ensures you have complete data including who is paid and free).
Click again to download.
Name your file with your Substack name and date.
Save it to a folder on your cloud drive.
