What if I can’t attend the calls live?
That’s completely fine, and many members opt not to attend live. For each Monthly Strategy Session, you get a 20-minute highlight reel and full replay, plus a full overview and all templates, sent within 36 hours. Office Hours and Implementation Call replays are available within 24 hours, and you’ll soon be able to listen on the go through the private podcast.
Which quarterly intensives are included?
All of them. That includes How to Use Substack to Build Your Business (June 6, 2026, 12–3:30 PM CT) with Jeannine Ouellette, Maya Popa, Nadine Kenney Johnstone, and me; The Profitable Newsletter Writing Intensive with special guest teachers (September); and How to Turn Your Substack into Your Own Personal Media Platform (January).
Who is the Premier for?
It’s for you if you know your topic but have ended up with a Substack that doesn’t stand out, attract subscribers, or convert; if you built a platform or following elsewhere (or have run a newsletter for a while) and are bringing it to Substack; or if you still aren’t seeing the subscriber, revenue, creative, and professional growth you want.
Are there prerequisites to join?
It’s best if you’ve been active on Substack for three to six months, or have taken my Substack Foundations or Accelerator course, or have worked with me one-to-one.
What if I’m brand new to Substack?
The Premier tier is designed for writers past the brand-new beginner stage. If you’re just starting, I suggest enrolling in my Signature Substack Accelerator Course—on-demand access starts in June.
What if I have a large Substack and devoted audience?
If you have in the high tens of thousands of subscribers or over 100,000 subscribers, I suggest working with me 1:1.
What if I fall behind?
It’s not possible. We’re always talking about every quadrant and part of the Substack Growth Framework, and your monthly summary will keep you updated.
Are there refunds?
No. All Premier Membership sales are final. But if you feel you’re showing up 100% and not seeing results, email me and we’ll do what’s needed.
Can I pause or freeze my membership?
Yes, you’ll need to manage your subscription on Substack.
When can I join the Premier membership?
The Premier Membership is only available during specific enrollment periods when the doors are open. You can’t upgrade between these periods.
What kind of feedback will I get?
Direct feedback from me during your mini-audit when you renew and in our onboarding call, personalized answers to your Substack in Office Hours, and community feedback during pods/breakout rooms and meetups.
Will I get individual attention from you?
In a group setting, yes. This isn’t 1:1 coaching, but you do get direct access and everything I teach takes you through implementing it for your Substack, as if you’re getting personalized guidance.
What if I don’t like group settings?
The Premier includes group elements—live calls, mastermind-style breakout rooms—but not everybody wants “community.” Many members choose not to attend the calls and watch the 20-minute replays instead. They renew every year.
Can I share Premier content with others?
No. All Premier content, calls, and materials are for members only and not to be shared outside the membership.
What technical requirements do I need?
Reliable internet for live Zoom calls and the ability to access Substack and email.
