Sarah, I always appreciate your input...even a lurker like me who has been somewhat inactive of late. Just wanted you to know you you have always been and remain my go to SS person and I recommend you frequently. Currently working through your One Hour a Week instructions and getting back in the game.
Thanks again Sarah! One question: how does the person who got the thousands of viral subscribers know they were totally inactive and unengaged? Where do we find this info? There’s so much data available in Substack but how do we make it useful?
It's gotten very high level. In fact we can now integrate Claude to do data analysis for us, which is exciting. I'll do a special workshop on it. It's not for the faint of heart but I also have created Claude prompts that make it easier to analyze your data.
That's neither here nor there. To find out your activity go to your publication dashboard, then to subscribers, go to filter, and then the drop down menu and find activity due is equal to or greater than. I like doing one star just because we don't know how Substack judges activity so to me anyone who's active is a good thing and we're all good to go
Great format!
Thank you! I've been working very hard on it.

Marla! It's always so good to see you. I'm so glad. I love to hear that and I'm here for you and I'm glad you're getting back in the game.

Hey Sarah. So many interesting tidbits. And I gotta say that I especially enjoy your new format/layout on these. Well done. Thank you!
That means so much to me. I've worked so hard on it and I'm having so much fun, which is the point.
Yay fun 👏
