Hi Sarah -- and Happy Thanksgiving to everyone. I just had something odd happen to my Substack sendout process and need to get a question answered that I can't seem to find the solution to elsewhere. Is there a better comments board on which to ask it? This was something about a "paid preview" that I didn't understand -- I think I checked the wrong box and my Substack only went out to paid subscribers. Did I miss something? Thanks in advance for any insights.
Hi Jen, you may have accidently un-checked the free preview so it did not send the post with a paywall to your free subscribers, it only sent the full post to the paid subscribers. Unfortunately, if that is the case, you can't undo that. You could schedule a time to unlock and send to free subs, or you could send your free subscribers a separate post with the free part of the content only.
