Nice, I’m in a steady increase in readers but I wish I had more coming. Also getting paid subscribers is so hard, but I guess that’s just because I value most of my information being free.

I think this is more specific than "Be yourself." I think too many people cling to the old saw, "To be a winner, copy the winners." This doesn't include the disclaimer, "Be sure not to lose your own identity in the process."
